Customer Success Associate

We are looking for an extremely motivated Customer Success Associate to join our quickly growing team. The biggest thing we are looking for is an eagerness to grow and someone who isn’t afraid of jumping right in to the deep end of sales and customer relations, but if you have a tiny bit of knowledge about software development, you get bonus points.

What you’ll do:

  • Learn our products and demo them to potential clients
  • Try to hit weekly goals for sales leads and conversions
  • Maintain a positive relationship with our clients – Keep them with us!
  • Relay any issues that our clients may be having to the product team
  • Identify areas of improvement for our products based on client conversations


  • Have some knowledge of outbound prospecting and how to develop a sales pipeline
  • Must be comfortable with making a few cold calls to prospects
  • Have some startup experience or be passionate about a startup lifestyle
  • You’ll probably wear multiple hats here
    – Be very organized
    – Be a creative thinker
    – Have awesome communication and writing skills

    – Be OK outside of your comfort zone and be results driven
